Summary/Abstract: interpretation, hermeneutics, meaning, theoria, praxisThis article implies that anybody could be an interpreter as long as he/she follows few common-sense principles. There is always a tension between two groups, one stressing out that this work is only for the professionals while others consider that anybody could deal with a text. My intention is to show that these two perspectives could be harmonized when the exegetes would follow some rules. I am concerned mostly with the biblical interpretation and the rules could be categorized in two large domains: theoria and praxis.
