Summary/Abstract: Nowadays the society needs not only digital competent citizens, but also more people who can: develop algorithms and solve problems; model processes in environment with the tools and approaches of computer science. The developing of these skills could start as early as in primary school with application of appropriate methods and approaches like game based learning and unplugged activities in all school subjects. A set of unplugged activities and games, applicable in primary school are discussed. The presented examples have been included in training materials developed in the frame of Erasmus+ project GLAT – Games for Learning Algorithmic thinking.
