Summary/Abstract: Ministry of National Education Regulation for Secondary Education Institutions; it is stated that branch change for vocational schools will be in the first period of 11th grade at the latest. If there is only one school in the same field / branch, a student who is studying in the 11th class will have to go to a different city to be transferred. The purpose of this research, it is the discussion of the opportunity and possibility equality that the vocational high school students who 11th grade students will not be able to find a school. The research is limited to private vocational schools that provide training in the province of Denizli. In this study, a single case study was conducted to understand an event in detail. A student who is unable to attend school at the 11th grade due to economic conditions will either be able to find another school on the same field or register for an open course. If there is no other school where this student can go to the same place, he can finish the student's education about the field or he can make a profession that the student does not like. Suggestions have been made to prevent this situation from obstructing the equality of opportunity and opportunity.
