Summary/Abstract: One of the most important aspects of modern capitalist and industrial societies is the media. In capitalist societies the media itself has also been an industry. From social media, television, computers, cinema, internet to international news agencies, the world of media and communication is now a big world. The media are both established and functioning on the capitalist ground and they provided operationalism and ontological security to the same capitalism. Small and independent organizations do not come to mind when the media is called. We think of giant enterprises, the property and commodity of the capitalist classes. Politics is also important in the relationship between capitalism and the media. Politics refers to the determinism of the state and its powers as well as that of politicians. But in general the will to power is not only unique to the political class. The capitalist classes and the media are have the will to power. The aim of this review is to examine the media in the network of politics, the will to power and capitalist class. Qualitative rather than quantitaive approach has been adopted as a method in the study. Documentary research has been conducted. The relevant data has been evaluated with the content analysis method. As a result, it was thought that there would be findings that would make their views on the media more understandable.
