PERSPECTIVES SUR LA VIOLENCE DANS LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE : MESURER L’IMPACT DES CODES DE CONDUITE

Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the personalized configuration of workplace violence in Romania. To this respect, we try to analyze the outcomes of organizational experience encountered after the enforcement of codes of public clerks’ behavior. Thus, the purpose of this article is the deconstruction of the workplace violence prevention within the public service through the codes of public clerks’ behavior enforcement. At first, we make a foray into the reforms that took place during different legislations regarding the behavior of public clerks. Then, we establish the relevance of codes of public clerks’ behavior against the workplace violence and the visibility regulations concerning the prohibition of unlawful behaviors within work area. We finally reveal the causal relation between violence at work and the codes of behavior provided values.
