Summary/Abstract: PT. XYZ in Surabaya is engaged in the production of commercial ships, providing ship repair and maintenance services as well as general engineering with specifications based on orders. Along with the development of the technology industry, ship production requires every shipyard to evaluate the system used. The time delay is the problem of building a 60-meter commercial ship. The PrecedenceDiagram Method (PDM) is a method for scheduling project time and showing critical trajectories of project activities. The results showed that in the project scheduling,there are 13 activities that have a zero value or critical activity which are activities1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 15, 16, 20, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 So that it needs more strict control and supervision from the contractor in carrying out the activities of the 60 meter commercial shipbuilding project activities for each activity/activity so that it does not experience delays and the project can be completed on time.
