Summary/Abstract: The paper starts with the definition of conflict, as a construction that results from the existence of difference, then its origin, elements and outcome are discussed. Given that the outcome is conflict, depending on the way it is solving, the aim of the paper is to look at the strategy of the school, respectively, in creating a school context that will serve to develop students' conflict management skills. At the core of school strategies is the principle of nonviolent communication, which opens the space for understanding diversity, accepting something different, and seeing multidimensional perspectives for the benefit of the conflicted. Teachers play a key role in implementing this strategy, contributing to a positive 104 school climate in which peers interact, which can be considered a desirable pedagogical implication.
