Summary/Abstract: Purpose – This study was carried out to determine whether there is a significant difference in the time perspectives and motivation resources according to the education levels of the employees and the position they work. Design/methodology/approach – For the purpose of the study, two quantitative questionnaires were applied as “time perspective inventory” and “basic motivation sources scale”. In the study, 381 questionnaire forms which were collected by using sampling method were taken into consideration. In the analysis of the data, descriptive analysis, Cronbach alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis were applied and finally ANOVA and Hochberg's GT2 test were performed to determine the significant difference between the variables. Findings – According to the findings, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the time perspectives and the main motivation sources according to the educational level and the working position of the participants.
