Archaeological research from Cârlomănești – Cetățuia. 2017 campaign

Summary/Abstract: After a two year interruption, the systematic archaeological excavations in Cârlomăneşti resumed in 2017.In the area of Latène epoch settlement from Cetățuia, 10 new features next to other 11, already identified in the previous campaigns, were investigated. From those 21 features, 19 represents pits and 2 were pillars. Based on inventory and stratigraphic reasons, 18 features can be ascribed to the classical Geto-Dacian Age, while other 3 to Bronze Age. A number of 13 features were completely researched.
