GENÇ YETİŞKİNLERDE MUTLULUK, MANEVİYAT VE KANAAT
HAPPINESS, SPIRITUALITY AND CONTENTMENT IN THE YOUNG ADULTS

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the happiness of the young adults in terms of spirituality and contentment. This study was carried out by the use of correlational model. 158 young adults were included in the research. Data were collected by Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, Spirituality Scale and Contentment Scale. The multiple regression analysis, the correlation analysis and ındependent sample t-test were used in analysis of the data. According to the findings, happiness varies based on the gender factor in support of the females. There is a positive relationship between happiness and spirituality, contentment. Spirituality and contentment explains 15.4 of % variance of happiness of the young adults.
