Summary/Abstract: Today, there are problems that need to be evaluated according to many different criteria. One of the methods used to evaluate these criteria differently is analytical hierarchy method. Analytical hierarchy method (AHY) is a mathematical method used in decision making to solve complex problems involving many different criteria. At the top of the AHS model, there is a goal, the criteria below it and the options below it. The material of the study is based on four different skirt models produced in garment factories. In the determination of the skirt model, analytical hierarchy method was used to determine which of the four skirt models of thirty companies operating in the garment sector. In this determination process, six different criteria of four models were taken. These criteria are; raw materials, machinery, labor, tools, technology and labor.
