Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between Afyonkarahisar's destination image, tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty in thermal tourism context. Another purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between demographic characteristics, the presence of participants in Afyonkarahisar before and the presence of thermal tourism hotels and the image of destination, tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Quantitative research was used in the study. The survey technique was chosen as the data collection tool. The research area is Afyonkarahisar with its rich thermal tourism resources. Local tourists staying in Afyonkarahisar have been involved in the research. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between destination image, tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Destination image has been found to be effective on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty, and tourist satisfaction has also affected destination loyalty. Besides according to the presence of participants in Afyonkarahisar before and the presence of thermal tourism hotels, destination image, tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty differ from.
