Summary/Abstract: The author presents the main assumptions of the Peter Hess method applied for the purposes of prevention and therapy in work with pre-school, early school-age, and special educational needs children. She also emphasizes the fact that this method is still poorly known in Poland and needs researching. For several years the author has used sound massage as a supporting and relaxing method in her work with pre-school and early school-age children, including those with special educational needs.
