Summary/Abstract: In our days, significant problems and difficulties can be seen in human resources domain. They induce major restrictions in leading the tactical logistical structures. The lack of personnel, the need of carrying out multiple jobs, the technology development, and also the multiple rules changes which are taken in the financial domain, human resources and logistics make the decision process a difficult one.
