Summary/Abstract: The current paper explores the notion of temporality in virtual space by providing various models of time and time-being based on science fiction material. Its aim is to highlight the value of experience and design the means to bypass the argument behind the empirical impossibility of the avatar, e.g. the lack of real progress for its user.
