Support for women 50+ in ICT on the example of the project LIST

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the short diagnosis of support for women 50+ in Poland, in social and professional activation, especially regarding new technologies of ICT. As an example of such support, there was given a case of project from the Grundtvig Programme, financed by European Commision, namely LIST: Leveraging Digital Competences of Senior Women, partnered by University of Social Sciences in Lodz. The project is addressed to women, that because of age, low education or economic situation have the lack of competences and skills essential to be a part of contemporary information society.
