Summary/Abstract: Acts of magic,ritual songs, knowledge of traditional medicine hardly find their place in the village nowadays. These changes are the result of mutations that have taken place in traditional society. The wheat is present in all its forms in the empirical medicine:grains, flour-bran, bread-knot, shape bread.
