Summary/Abstract: The Beyân is one of the common topics that are of interest to the Qur'an and Sunnah. We can see that the terminology of the word has an important place in many works as far as the day-to-day from Shafi'i er- Risale. But we considered together with the beyân of the varieties will be subject to an independent study reveals that it has significance far. The term beyân in this article It has tried to put forward that description, varieties and prove method. In the simplest case, the verb comes before the verb. Apart from these cases It is handled like “Beyân-ı Takrir, Beyân-ı Tefsir, Beyân-ı Tağyir, Beyân-ı Zaruret and Beyân-ı Tebdil so naskhi” under five headings in fiqh boks.
