Summary/Abstract: Through books, children recognize animals that are as alive as themselves. They also learn to respect and love animals as examples of the characters in the books. They also feel the loyalty and friendship of animals to humans. In this research, children 's books which are examples of animal love were determined. The research was conducted with document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. In this research, children 's books in the children' s books are examined and emphasized the friendship, adventures and love of the children 's characters with animals.
