THE PERSONAL LIABILITY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COLLEGIAL BODIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW REGULATIONS OF THE CONTRAVENCY AND ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Summary/Abstract: The legal status of the local elected person from local government, which is well defined, provides these public authorities efficient governance. Purpose of the present article is to study the literature and the normative acts concerning the one of the elements of the legal status of the local councilor from the local council, namely the legal liability of these persons. The purpose of the study is to analyze the new changes in the Code of Conduct and new legislative act - Administrative Code, according to which each member of the collegiate body will respond personally for the issuance of the illegal administrative act.
