Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article the phenomenon of cultural diversity in the sphere of hotel business through the lens of G. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory. Methodology. The author used the systematic, historical-logical methods along with integrative approach. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the conceptualization of the phenomenon of cultural diversity in the sphere of contemporary hotel business as a multicultural environment. Forming the general organizational practice with a robust crossnational culture within the hotel business, it is possible to overcome the difficulties associated with the cultural diversity of both employees and customers. Conclusions. The interaction of the representatives of different cultures within the framework of one organization, their shared desire to understand each other and find intersection points, the creation of new cultural patterns unites cultures into a new, synthesized culture. This new culture is vital for companies that are striving for international partnership. Therefore, the hotel business should create new effective cultural practices. In this process, different vectors of sociocultural interaction do not exclude but mutually support each other.
