Possibilities of using prices and values register for real estates data for spatial economy purposes

Summary/Abstract: The possibilities of using data collected in the prices and values register for real estates (RCiWN) are presented in this paper. The legal basis of register and Cadastral Data Exchange Standard (SWDE) that is used for registers data transfer from the ground and building cadastre are described here. The example of export of such data into SWDE format is shown in the paper. The possibilities of separating the whole real estates prices into elements prices for its further application in the estates valuation are the second application of RCiWN data that is presented in this paper. The application of RCiWN data for different cartographical presentation is the most widely illustrated item here. For the prices and values register for real estates is the integral part of ground and building cadastre, the spatial reference could have been assigned into unit estate prices.
