Global attributes utilization in predicting and forecasting a real property market value

Summary/Abstract: The paper illustrates both market research as well as market value appraisal methodology. The mothodology uses certain statistic models based on some global parameters. The findings presented in this study clearly reaffirm the initially stated thesis that selected socio-economic indicators and macro-economic parameters account as very accurate estimators which could be used in property market value assessment forecast. In the study we see deep implementation of both factor analysis and multiple regression. Crafted this way approach lead us to emerge and verify certain global parameters out of all socio-economic indicators that were researched by the author.
