REGULATORY SUPPORT ACTIVITY OF CULTURE ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF UKRAINIAN CULTURAL AREA DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article. The article covers the legislative and regulatory basis of documentary support of administration within the field of culture, implementation of international and national standards for documentation administration, organizational and managerial documentation for record-keeping, etc. Record keeping management with the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the establishment of the unified cultural area and appropriate improvement of record-keeping processes, mastering of information technologies achievements related to electronic document traffic establishment and electronic governance. The methodology of study means the application of communication approach in studying of the theory and practice of documentary support of the field of culture based on information and technological possibilities of the electronic documentation era and expansive use of electronic resources of the central and local authorities to the maximum extent.
