THE COMBINATION OF CULTURE AND PLACE IN THE EXPOSITION DISCOURSE TRAINING PROCESS

Summary/Abstract: Through this paper we aim, stricto sensu, to evaluate the relationship between the concepts of place and culture and what they entail, in order to provide a point of connection with the museum environment. Lato sensu, we will achieve this also through an applicability of the aspects that are related to sensoriality and symbolization, both in a framework dominated by the economic aspect, dynamic of change according to the infinite variables that are born, and because of climate change and the accentuation of some extreme phenomena (the devastating effect of natural hazards). Basically, these changes are in close connection with the notion of place and culture, because, as will be elaborated during the study, they determine a way to situate ourselves, to relate to the context in a constructive way.
