ELECTRONIC ONLINE MAGAZINES AS OBJECT OF MODERN LIBRARY INNOVATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the article. The research deals with the progress of electronic magazines trends in the system of modern libraries innovative processes and is also a short review of the methods of increasing efficiency of the use of the electronic resources by libraries, the improvement of websites and libraries electronic catalogs. The methodology is based on the sophisticated analysis of underlying technologies of introduction and application of electronic library resources, use of scientific and particular methods of cognition. The scientific novelty of work consists in systematization and analysis of essential advantages and problems in-process with electronic magazines which will induce specialists to apply the innovative technologies. Conclusions. It is confirmed that electronic magazines as informative communication objects create on principle new conditions of the libraries activity for education and academic study, but also change some functional features of libraries.
