The impact of socio-economic situation of the country on the value of residential real estate

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the real estate market with overall economic and financial situation of the country. If such an effect is observed, the next goal is to determine the factors indicating the strength of their impact on the value of the property on the domestic and local market. The study used statisti-cal methods including correlation and regression analysis, which allowed to determine the effect of macro and micro economic factors on the value of residential real estate.
