Agricultural education managers farms in Poland. Analysis of temporal and spatial distribution and selected its conditions

Summary/Abstract: The level of knowledge acquired is one of the basic elements of a qualitative assessment of the labor force in agriculture. This article is an attempt to show the structure and evolution of agricultural education managers of farms in Poland between 2002 and 2010. Due to the specific research topics included the heads of farms engaged in agricultural activities in Poland on education: university degree, secondary school or college, vocational school and training course. At the same time in order to more fully assess the spatial arrangement of agricultural education at the county level included the issue of the impact of conditions: agri-environmental, historical and spatial.
