The article presents the results of field research on the inventory and synthetic characterization of tree alleys occurring in Jonkowo commune and the type and number of trees needed to complete individual roadside-tree stands. It was noted that, despite the advanced age of the trees and improperly conducted treatments, relatively large and dense network of line-trees stands with a large wealth dendroflora, with the vast majority of native species, has survived to this day. Additionally “place of conflict” and tree alleys demonstrating additional value cultural were determined. Presented data resulted in the creation of “Local program of development of roadside-tree stands in the Jonkowo commune” submitted to the commune for implementation.
