Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the possibility of the company development during the succession process. Since the succession process is complex, companies need to prepare themselves very carefully to reach the goals. The values which exist in company should be recognized and maintained as the real standards. The process of the succession conducted in the company is both complex and expensive. Usually it takes few years to prepare and perform this process, therefore it is important to ensure that the process will provide the best possible results for as many involved parties as possible.
