The Ottoman Public Debt Administration and Adapazarı

Summary/Abstract: Ottoman Empire incuret foregein debts with Kırım War in 1854. however the start of the duration of foregein in debtment was so hard its advance and development wasn’t so hard. When these debts weren’t paid, as a result of the negatiation between Otoman Empire and these states this formal treaty which provided the foundation of Ottoman Public Admanistration was singed on 20th December 1881. Ottoman Public Admanistration which was founded for the control of the repayment of the debts taken from Europen states one of the branches of this administration was in Adapazarı. This article is based on the events occued between this administration and Adapazarı Branch.
