THE ALGORITHM FOR BILINGUAL THESAURUS CREATION OF INFORMATIONAL ARRAY OF THE “SMART CITY” SUBJECT AREA

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of Article. The objective of the paper is to analyze the technological principles of creating the “Smart city” bilingual data domain thesaurus as an interoperable model for representing the narrow focused data domains. The methodology of the research is to apply the systematic approach for unification of the algorithm for bilingual thesaurus creation in accordance with international requirements and standards. The scientific novelty of this paper is in consolidation of approaches to the algorithm formation by creating the “Smart city” bilingual data domain thesaurus; investigation of the relative domain terminology system and its systematization in the bilingual thesaurus for the retrieval request formation in web applications.
