Summary/Abstract: This material was presented at the National Debate, on 13th November 2019, organized by the Romanian Academy of Scientists under the title„Internal and External Framework of Rounded Romania’s Defense in the year 1919”, within the series of events dedicated to the Centenary of the Great Union,started in 2018. Marshall Constantin Prezan – the Chief of General Staff organized and led the mobilization of Romanian Army in October 1918 and was the commander of Romanian troops in the operation of releasing Ardeal, Maramureș and Crișana in April 1919.
