Integration and Disintegration Processes in South-East Europe

Summary/Abstract: The paper analyses problems integration and disintegration in the Balkans, and international legal continuity of Serbia after secessionin of Montenegro. The Serbia have to continue membership of the former State Union Serbia and Montenegro in international and regional organizations, special in international financial organizations: the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and others. Infront disintegration, economy is the bridge between different and the same countries, between south-east Europe countries and former Yugoslav republics.
