Polish pronunciation for Non-Polish speakers handling articulation difficulties in an international group during the one year preparatory course

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the problem of Polish pronunciation for non-Polish speakers in an international group. The author describes the method of testing articulation skills of the students and presents an analysis of the main phonetic challenges. She concludes with some guidelines of how to organize the course of Polish pronunciation during the One Year Preparatory Course at the School of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners in Wrocław.
