Summary/Abstract: Diversity management is becaming a very popular strategy among Polisch enterprises. Nowadays many reseraches are provided in order to present how important is learning and conquering the new experiences in order to implement this conception to organization succesfully. What is more, the management staff is aware the fact that that is a good way not only to stabilize the position of the company on the market but also to gain a huge advantage over competition. The main aim of the article is to present the conditions of an effective management of human resources which are diversified in terms of culture taking into considerations ethical, basing on respecting human rights directing employees, communication in a multicultural environment and motivation. Furthermore, special attention has been paid the Polisch Diversity Charter.
