Eco-house design and classification of green building directions

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to identify the features of housing design using green building and eco-design, classifying eco-houses according to directions and determining the characteristic features that are inherent in each of them. The methodology of the article is to apply general scientific and particular approaches and methods of research of the given theme, which allows studying the theoretical and practical aspects of eco-housing design. The scientific novelty of the work is to broaden the concepts of eco-design and eco-construction, identifying functional, structural and stylistic features of eco-housing. Conclusions summarize the results of theoretical studies, which indicate that environmental design, yet quite a "young" trend in design, which today is intensively developing and requires detailed research, as eco-construction can affect the resolution of the environmental crisis on the planet.
