Summary/Abstract: The implied programme consists of educationally important systematic moral consequences of staying in a rehabilitation centre, not included in the lists of its goals, mirroring the second life of the place;ssociety, having strong impact on the resocialization effectiveness. The programme means also unconscious expectations for convicted. The implied programme has a special impact on attitudes and moral education of people who are not well socially adapted, as well as on the attitudes of working staff. The aim of this article is to recognize this programme in attitudes and behavior of staff, juvenile delinquents and the whole organization and management of the prison which are not compatible with the declarations and with official programme.
