Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article on the basis of the analysis of the ancient Paleolithic images of the teryantrops to prove that the origin of the cult of the animalman of is 39 - 35 thousand years BC. It was associated with the transition of primitive herds to tribal communities when the question of the origin of the family was particularly acute with the displacement of tribal relations. To prove also that the origin of the cults of Tryantropos which synthesized the cult of the woman- foster and the cult of the beast-totem, coincides with the time of the Earth being under the zodiac signs of the Virgin and the Lion and is reflected in the characteristics of these signs. The methodology of the research is based on the synthesis of art-study analysis of artifacts with their religious-historical analysis as sacred objects which reflect the main cults and religious-ideological ideas of that time. The method of comparison has established that the leading religious ideas are related to the cult of a woman and the realization of the blood relationship with the beast-totem (which is associated with the idea of power and supremacy) are reflected in the characteristics of dominant in the 39-35 millennium BC zodiac signs of the Virgin who positions the female maternal principle and the Lion who positions rule, leadership, power.
