Summary/Abstract: In this article, we will study the electricity consumption function in Tunisia from a sample of twenty regions during a period from 2000 to 2017 on annual frequencies. We will synthesize the main empirical work of the function of electricity consumption in a review of the literature. We will validate this function by the static Panel technique and we will use the within and GLS methods to estimate this function. We will identify the nature of the individual effects by the Hausman test (1978). We will refer to the Dynamic Panel procedure to estimate the electricity consumption of the twenty Tunisian regions.
