Summary/Abstract: The recent jurisprudence establishes a legal instrument for the recognition of children of Romanian citizenship and the formulation of legal actions to establish a maintenance obligation used by foreigners whose residence regime in Romania is uncertain, in order to prohibit their return. Has the legislator provided sufficient legal mechanisms to protect the migration phenomenon in the field of family law or will it find topical solutions through timely legislative interventions?
