Summary/Abstract: With reference to the participants in the insolvency proceeding for individuals, we may note that Romanian Law 151/2015, as compared to Law 85/2014, brings forward a new player – the Insolvency Committee, which has a central and extremely important role from the beginning to the end of the proceeding.
