Summary/Abstract: Increase of energy efficiency, which is among the targets of Horizon 2020, is to be reached by the development of environmental industries. Eco-clusters development, thus, is important for meeting Horizon 2020 targets. However, there are still significant differences in eco-clusters development between the EU countries. Current paper aimed at outlining the leaders of eco-cluster development and the features of their eco-innovation cluster policy.
