Summary/Abstract: In this development, special attention is paid to the state of health of the individual. The article sets out the biggest health risks according to the World Health Organisation. Eurostat estimates that the European citizens perceive their own health status as an analysis. Recommendations for positive impact and care of the individual's state of health are outlined.
