Summary/Abstract: Our socio-economic development for centuries is determined by pace of use of scientific achievements in practice. Is not enough to stimulate the growth of knowledge, equally important is the effort to apply this knowledge (research results) in practice. Innovation, which is characteristic of assimilating new knowledge through its utilization in practice is a manifestation of activities aimed at the integration of science and practice. The aim of this deductive study (which based on the literature and observation of business practice) is to identify the conditions (determinants) of the practical dimension of management science achievements through the prism of innovation process.
