Dilemmas related to the implementation of contemporary concepts and methods of management

Summary/Abstract: In response to the needs of business practice, but also as a result of management fads, a lot of new concepts and methods of management have recently gained managers attention. At the level of business practice, however, there are many questions, doubts and problems regarding implementation of those new ideas. The aim of this paper is to present the main dilemmas related to the implementation of contemporary concepts and methods of business management and an attempt to resolve these dilemmas.
