Summary/Abstract: The article concentrates around the creature of centres of the innovation which are centres of the technology transfer. The exploratory attention was put on the exhibition of the part and the meaning of centres as tools of the management of property intellectual. This is particularly essential in twenty-four hours of transformations, when the legislator otherwise begins to perceive the part and the meaning of higher colleges and also working in their structures of centres of the transfer of the innovation.
