The inter-organizational links in innovative management as a technological project

Summary/Abstract: The article introduces the specification of managing innovative technological projects. The phases of projects being realized as well as the roles and responsibilities of a project manager have also been presented. As the inter-organizational links in managing the project are very important, the article includes the forms of relations and basis for building the relationship with a client. The aim of the article is to point at basic areas of cooperation which require coordination of activities as well as inter-organizational cooperation while running the projects. The article includes the analysis of a case of a technological project which shows practically how employing the rules of cooperation described in the article will influence the conduct of particular phases of the project and accomplishing it.
