Summary/Abstract: Trafficking in persons occurs as a phenomenon of organized crime that knows no borders, being an issue of great concern nationally and internationally. Because illicit proceeds generated by this phenomenon in the world come second after the profit from illegal sale of drugs, one of the aims of this study is to implement grant programs so as to counter, offer support and material compensation. Another reason to use such a tool is to reduce the size of labour force exploitation in the countries of origin, transit and destination by identifying the most efficient solution in terms of an improved system of identification, referral and assistance of victims, as well as in terms of informing the public and decision makers involved. Thus it absorbs the exchange of best practices and direct contact between decision makers. The study therefore aims to provide new tools for prevention, but also to tackle socially-criminological-criminally this issue and the social impact, the implications of both the criminal and criminal causes of the phenomenon. The approach is based on observation, having mixed character, both theoretical and applied.
