Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to isolate and analyze the key aspects connecting with the format of TV news transformation within of such technologically developed markets as the USA, Great Britain and others. Methodology of the research is based on the analysis and modeling modern media space helping to understand the latest changes in the traditional TV re-watching, on the method of diagnostics main tendencies of increasing the meaning of online-video and because of this, on learning the samples like the any organizations work with new TV news forms which were made for digital space. Scientific novelty consists in affirmation that the TV news producers should overcome the main challenge of informative period to have possibility to adapt for changes including the erosion of traditional TV re-watching and constant growth of online video and digital media popularity. Conclusions. In the modern digital space, there are transformational processes that are associated with the formation and gradual change of the traditional platform for TV news watching on innovative online platforms that better meet the information needs of the current generation, as opposed to the older one, preferring mostly traditional viewing. Increasing of popularity ―Television beyond the Box‖ and online video due to activity of such players as Netflyx, Amazon, Facebook, Google and YouTube for the last 5-10 years shows up not only on the capacity of these platforms monetization but also changes the nature of TV news, opens before the last ones great prospects.
